So Saturday was Hunter's 1st wrestling meet.it was awesome and he did awesome,amazing,great,did i mention awesome:)i'm only slightly proud.he loved it and says he is going to wrestle next year,too.and of course
Noah is wanting to start next year:)Chloe was super excited and cheered,yelled and jumped up and down excited for Hunter and his victories.it was a fun day:)and Ely wandered around between me,Grammie,and Grandma Shelley.so without further ado here is his day in pics:)

this first one was going to be for my shop...but being in a hurry,trying to get some sewing time in between dinner and bedtime...i forgot to add the inner soaker layer...lol..oh wells it will still totally work.just not "as" absorbant.so its a freebie to a local mama.also i'm working on a snapping fleece cover.i made one for Eliana and it worked GREAT!no wetness,leaking,or wicking.YAY:)this is a "prototype" for the same local mama.i'm waiting to get feedback on how it works for her:)then maybe i'll start selling them in my shop!

It looks all wrinkly,because of the elastic.but this is actually a good thing.because its very stretchy..and that means it will have a good "fit" over a "fluffy" diaper:)it's made from "upcycled" fleece~

so..i've been busy lately.busy sewing and taking care of sick munchykins(all while i'm battling the cold/flu/ear/sinus thing myself!)i almost have the order of 6 preemie diapers done!yay!they are so tiny,and cute.then my new news is that a localish(Ashland) diaper service/company contacted me about being a supplier,and then someone contacted me thru my Etsy shop about being a supplier or consigner for their store in Colorado!:)then there is a lady i did a "huge" trade with on www.diaperswappers.com ,that has an online shop,and she might have a few custom orders for like 10 FloCatchers pads each!phew!thats alot.so while its amazing,and awesome...i'm slightly overwhelmed,lol:)i'll definately have DH be watching the munchykins while i sew!anyWho gotta get back to the diapers..i have to add snaps to 5 and,then topstitch them....pics coming soon!....have an awesome beautiful day..oh and dont forget to pray for our lil "big" family:)

so..its all in the works,and actually moving forward!we are in the process of my DH(Zac) getting ready to enroll in school full time!in 2 years i will be married to a police officer:)its always been his dream,so naturally its my dream too,lol.i fully support this decision,and think i might be just a tad bit more excited than him:)i'm just so so excited and happy for him.he will finally be happy going to work,have great benefits,great retirement,oh and i'll have lots of money to go shopping on the net for fabric,sewing machines,embroidery machines,etc,etc..oops sorry off subject lol:)anywho..its awesome,and we feel like this is what we're suppossed to be doing,so thats good too.then after he graduates,and works locally for awhile,we'll probably try to move to Bend,or Idaho...i cant wait.i'm so looking forward to our future together.its finally coming together and it looks like there is a light at the end of the tunnel,lol.

Woo-who for me,lol.i have an order for 6 preemie diapers:)thanx to my wonderful sis-in-law.she's out recruiting me,lol.and its paying off~so anyways i'm just excited and had to share my news.and my kiddos are asleep so i cant tell them,everyone else i know is at work or asleep...so i'm sharing with my computer,lol.it is my friend:)wow,thats kinda sad.as soon as i get the dipes done,ill be sure to post pics,not that anyone who follows my blog Cloth diapers or cares to see pics of diapers but thats ok:)

This is recent craftyness:)i've been making newborn fluffy-stuff.too fun!:)i listed the pink "Rock-Princess" dipe in my Etsy shop.the purple one was So cute but i damaged it when i put a snap on wrong!!:(oh wells...lol.i LUV how the fleece covers turned out,so tiny~they are for my sis-in-laws(melissa)friend at work.Her daughter had a preemie baby:)making all this tiny stuff plus spending too much time on DiaperSwappers makes me "baby-crazy",lol...but we have our hands full and are contented:)i thank God for my lil kiddos,they are awesome!

So..here is the new nighttime dipe/pullup for Nonah.He loves SpongeBob,and i had this tee laying around..so here's what it became!i like it alot.it has a tee outer,fleece inner,with attached soakers of fleece,velour,t-shirt,and suedecloth.it hopefully with withstand the "flood" it faces!:)LOL...i'm sure it will become the "Gary Pullup" as soon as Nonah sees it:)oh..and yes i'am going to add the snaps!

Hilo all,
i made this dress today,free handed...no pattern.i like to come up with things myself:)even tho sometimes they come out different than i pictured!lol:)anyways..i love the look of this dress...i call is "Retro glam-goth"..weird?...yes i know.but thats what came to my mind,and it stuck!i wanted it to fit elybut its like a 2t instead of a 3t-4t.but thats ok,i'll sell it in my shop!....let me know what you think..oh and i had to add this pic of Ely-Moo:)because she probably has like the cutest lil ponytail ever!!!lol.and she's all mine,every lil grumpy bit:)

~*~So its been awhile,and its now a new year.yay!:)the holidays went by quickly,and yet again we got the stomach bug.2 yrs in a row now!lets hope this doesnt become a tradition,i'm not really looking forward to Christmas now:)plus the day after Christmas Zac,Hunter and i spent the day at the ER.why you may ask?....because their room was so full and messy with new toys,etc...that he slipped and fell,then hit his head on the metal bunkbeds!oww!:(poor boy,but he was really brave and tough:)
As for new years resolutions.hmm....No stomach flu!!!no ER visits,lol....and....should probably lose weight,but really everyone says that every year.so i'm not really counting it.my new years resolution is to get my house decluttered(ha ha,funny joke i know,lol:),get back into sewing(my true passion,its like i just go into my own world,and everything just disappears:),play with my kiddos more(my precious lil monstersi honestly couldnt live without all of them!they are my Joy),read my Bible more,(really everyone could do this more:)take out more time for "me"(mom's need breaks to re-fuel,and i'm running on empty)..and no i dont count ER visits,running into the store for a sec,or naptimes as a break,lol:)

plus,MY HUSBAND AND I NEED MORE TIME!its weird to me how it seems some people have all the luck with babysitters,family....we get occasional breaks,but not alot compared to some people i know.it makes my husband and i sad.we wonder why?whats wrong with us(or our children?)yes we do have 4 kiddos,but in reality they are really well behaved,we get annoyed,but its because we dont get breaks as nearly as we need to.while some people i know abuse the situation they have,and "Use" people/family.maybe this is just me?....maybe its an issue i have?who knows,and sorry for rambling!lol..i'll get over it:)but on that note another resolution i have is to stand up for myself!i let people walk all over me..and i'm done!i'm not going to be purposely mean,but i cant be "Naomi.the one who is nice and always say yes,etc".i've befriended people in the past and they have abused my easy-going,"its all chill",no problem attitude.it's really amazing to me the way people(friends,spouses,family) treat each other!!it blows my mind,and makes my heart ache,and makes me actually down right furious..i have situations in my life where i'm sitting by watching it happen right now!today!and why am i so upset?i cant do anything?at least i think i cant..its not my place..but how i wish i could just shake some people!..and be like "Cant you see?!cant you see?you're not "you" anymore,they're smothering,controling and breaking your spirit,the spirit that makes you,You!while we sit by and cry,cry because we miss "You",the "real,old,happy,carefree,funny,special,You"...wow!sorry about all this ranting..if you're stiill with me and reading this..i guess i needed to vent and get this off my chest.Whew!,now on to this new year with a clear mind,and an attitude of clearness,and inspiration to start anew!:)if i've offended anyone sorry for that,but i'm not sorry for what i wrote,its truelly how i feel.and this is my new year of being me,the "strong,brave,inspired,creative,happy,loving,woman i'm meant to be".~*~

its raining:)YAY!smells so good.i wish i could just stand out in it...while it falls down on me,running down my body..while it washes away my pain,worries,fears,burdens....then i would feel refreshed and renewed!:)i need to be renewed..i feel weary,older then my body really is.why is that?any insight?is it my attitude,or something real?who knows,maybe i never will...

So why is it that sometimes i feel like a bad mom?i try to be a good mom,i do..but i guess i really could try harder ya know..i'm full of excuses,lol...i'm tired,overwhelmed,frustrated,sick,need space...but i guess i have to set that all aside!:)munchkins come first..and me second.which is not a bad thing at all.just hard to do sometimes,lol.
take this morning for instance.chloe wakes up on her own at like 5:56am.so thats good,i dont have to pry her outta bed 15 minutes before the bus gets here!:)so she starts out in a good mood.which is rare,lol.well she's eating rice,and says "my teeth hurt".so i say,"i'm sorry..maybe you should stop eating the rice and go brush your teeth?"..so she starts to cry,and has a fit...so we go into this whole thing where i'm like you need to listen.i know your teeth hurt,whe're working on getting them fixed,i will call today,so she says "no!.i dont wanna go to the dentist!....so i say"you have to.its go to the dentist and get them fixed,or they will keep hurting chloe!"...she doesnt take it well.....what am i to do?i'm so frustrated...i just want a happy healthy lil girl.she has this attitude like she has it so rough in life,lol..i'm like you have no idea lil girly,you got it good!lol:)oh well these are the days of my life!more "fun" days to come,stand by......<><
